Pedego electric bikes are now in Canada!

In addition to our Wisper electric bicycles, Voltage Bikes Ltd is now also the Canadian distributor for the California-based Pedego brand of electric bike.  Pedego are the number two best-selling electric bikes in the USA, and the fastest growing brand!  The funky styles along with Pedego’s great reputation for reliability and service backup make it obvious why the brand has done so well in the USA.  Both the Pedego and UK-designed Wisper brands of electric bicycles have a global reputation for quality and backup service.

Typically we don't sell our electric bikes direct.  However, if you don’t have a dealer close to you while we are setting up our network, contact us and we will ship you an electric bike free of charge!

KOOTENAY PASS & BEAR!: We couldn't resist attempting to ride up Canada's highest full-time highway pass.  As it turned out ... no problem ... about 1,100m of vertical climb and still 1/3 of a battery left!  And yes, there was a little bit of wildlife encountered along the way.  Check out the video on YouTube or this link for the ride overlain on google maps, including the full ride stats.  See our Batteries and Range page for details of some of our other test rides (e.g. over 90km on one battery in our range test).

If you haven’t ridden an e-bike before, you’re in for an experience!  These electric bikes are legally classified as bicycles but no licence is required to ride them.
